GUEST INFORMATION PACK

On completion of booking a comprehensive Guest Information Pack will be emailed to you. Included are detailed directions from Larnaca Airport to the apartment, a map, location of key safe, emergency contact details etc.
We suggest you print this information and retain it for the duration of your stay.

AIR CONDITIONING

For your comfort the apartments are fully air conditioned.
Unlike many other properties in the area we have not installed timers on the air conditioning units therefore you will not have to get up in the middle of the night to reset the timers.
In order for us to maintain this policy we would request you use the air conditioning with consideration e.g. don’t have the units switched on when doors and windows are open.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, however we would be pleased to facilitate an earlier arrival time provided there are no “back to back” bookings.
We request you vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10am, however, once again, provided there are no “back to back” bookings we will be flexible regarding this time.
It is unlikely we will be able to give you a definite answer at the time of booking but please advise us when booking should an earlier arrival or later departure time be required.
To avoid any confusion confirmation will be forwarded to you by email (with a copy to our Property Management Company) prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Please be mindful that a last minute booking by another guest may result in a “back to back” booking and should this occur we would be unable to honour alternative arrival or departure times.
Should we not be able to facilitate an earlier arrival or later departure time use can be made of the onsite facilities including changing room, shower and toilets adjacent to the swimming pool.

CAR HIRE

Car hire is not necessary, however there are many beautiful beaches, traditional inland Cypriot villages and historic sites within a short driving distance.
Should you decide to hire a car there are many car hire companies at Larnaca Airport and in the Ayia Napa area.
In order to get the best deal on car hire we recommend you book it in advance. Please refer to our Flights, Transfers etc page or Useful Links page for further details.
Please note that car hire in Cyprus is not available to anyone under 21 years of age.
Scooters (and now Quads seem to be the "in" thing) are a popular mode of transport in Ayia Napa. They can be hired from numerous shops within easy walking distance of the apartment.
REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR DRIVING LICENCE.

SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPS

There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within close proximity to the apartment.
Ayia Napa can easily accommodate the shopping needs of just about everyone in every capacity.

RESTAURANTS AND CAFES

Restaurants and cafes start within a minute's walk of the apartment.
Throughout Ayia Napa there are many colourful charming tavernas offering traditional island dishes as well as restaurants specialising in French, Italian, Mexican, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
To keep the kids happy, you have McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut.
A visit to some of the inland village tavernas would also be recommended.

DVD AND GAMES RENTAL

An XBox is provided for your entertainment. There is a limited selection of games and DVD's available for your use, however, you should also consider bringing some of your own. There are also a number of hire shops in the surrounding area, details of which can be found in our information pack in the apartment.
