"The apartment and surrounding facilities were exactly as we imagined them to be from the description on the website. We found the apartment to be very clean, well furnished and equipped. The pool and surrounding gardens were fantastic. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, competitively priced and served by very friendly staff. Quiet relaxing location yet less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ayia Napa and the beach. In summary, a great apartment in fantastic surroundings. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to book with you again soon. Thanks for a great holiday."

"The apartment is on a beautifully maintained complex, in a very tranquil setting, but within easy walking distance of everything that Ayia Napa has to offer. The apartment was clean, airy and well appointed. We will definitely be returning."

"Having stayed at this complex before we knew what to expect. The apartment was excellent and offered us everything we needed, especially with having a 5 month old baby. We couldnt have asked for more. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Hope to return again next year"

"Very well situated and maintained. Friendly staff at pool bar etc. Overall a very pleasant experience. Service from Alastair was both direct and friendly on all levels. The apartment was our first time with this type of accommodation, we hope to repeat the experience every year at this complex."

"Having stayed in Ayia Napa only a few months ago I was apprehensive of what we should expect for the money we had paid. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The complex is absolutely brilliant and the apartment is just what you need. The outside area to the apartment is lovely and many a night was spent out there with a drink or two!! Having an outside electrical point also meant we could listen to our music without the fear of annoying the neighbours - they are far enough away so as not to be intrusive or annoyed by our noise. The food and drink in the on site restaurant and bar is excellent value for money and the guy who runs the complex is an absolute charmer. I remember passing this complex on my previous visit to Ayia Napa and thought it looked too expensive to eat in - how wrong I was. I will be recommending Ali's Apartment to anyone who is thinking about visiting Cyprus. What more could you want - the weather was amazing, everyone we met within the complex was lovely and I only spent £300 all week!!"

"The property was clean and tidy and had everything that was advertised. It was close to the pool area, which enabled quick and easy access to the pool or alternatively to use the pool and sun loungers at the apartment. The apartment was ideally placed to access all the pubs and clubs as well as the beach which is about ten minutes walk away. I will be rebooking to return to this apartment next year."

"The apartment met all the family needs, satellite tv, xbox, washing machine, iron,water cooler etc.brilliant home from home. The complex was excellent ,very clean and well maintained and positioned well within Ayia Napa. The restaurant on site was of a high standard with competitive prices. I would have no problem recommending Alis Apartments. Thanks for meeting all expectations."

"This apartment is excellent for holidays in Cyprus. It is in a perfect location - close enough to walk to the Square (the club scene) but far enough away to not hear the noise. The apartment is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you could need. The complex itself is really nice, with a great swimming pool and bar and fantastic tropical gardens. Highly recommended."

"We were not sure what to expect as this is the first time we have rented a private apartment, but we were very impressed. Communication from Ali prior to our departure was very good and the directions from the airport to the apartment were spot on. The apartment was all we hoped for and more! We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything. There were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation. The tropical gardens are magnificent and the pool was very clean with different depths to suit all. In summary – a five star experience."

The property was very well maintained and furnished to a good standard the pool area and gardens were a delight, but the relaxation was sometimes spoilt by outsiders using this space! The location of the complex was very convenient, being close to shops restaurants supermarkets etc. The hub of the nightlife was a sort walk away so no noisy nights!"

"Apartment was clean well equipped, ideally situated for all amenities but also a quiet location, however the pool bar and snack bar were closed. Tony’s Taverna recommended by the owner is probably the most unfriendly restaurant i have ever visited. I would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to friends and family having stolen one or two of your cards already to pass on. When we decide to go to Ayia Napa again we shall definitely get in touch.”

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Ali's Apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and provided a real home from home. The complex was within easy reach of all Ayia Napa's bars and restaurants but also situated in a lovely peaceful setting. Needless to say we have now booked again for 2008."

"My sister and I had a really fantastic time. The apartment provided everything we could want. It is great to be able to chill out by the complex pool and both pool and pool area are well maintained. Nice that the apartment is in a quiet location and then having a few minutes walk to the livelier area where the bars and restaurants are - lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely be going again."

"The apartment was just as described, a good size and very clean. The good quality furniture and kitchen equipment made it a home from home. The grounds are lovely, well-maintained and spacious, with lots of grassy areas, sun-loungers, trees and plants. The location is quiet and peaceful, but just yards from the pedestrian walkway into Ayia Napa. The beach (only a short walk away) was perfect. Good communication from the owner prior to arrival. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the appliances in good working order. It was great to have the television and Playstation as my son and grandson enjoyed watching and playing the games at night. Having the taxi service to take us to and from the airport was great, not having the stress finding the apartments. James was most helpful when we arrived showing us where the key was and reassuring us of who to contact if we needed anything (a big thanks to James). I would recommend your apartment to all of my family and friends. I can’t think of anything that you could do to improve in the service from all the correspondence through email reassuring me that everything had been taken care of on our arrival to Cyprus this definitely enabled us to have a stress free holiday. Keep up the good work as it definitely made our holiday much more enjoyable. Thanks once again and I hope to come back for another visit in the near future this time with my husband."
