"The apartment is probably the best placed one on the complex, having a lovely big patio area from where you have a view of the pool. The apartment itself is well furnished, a nice size and extremely well equipped. Air-conditioning, a water cooler and large fridge/freezer were welcome facilities which made the stay even more comfortable. The complex is lovely, the pool is superb with a slope leading down to it from the apartment, which is great for those with walking difficulties, and there is easy access into the pool. There are ample loungers and umbrellas around it. The Tropical Garden adds a further area for enjoying a drink/meal in the evening. We would highly recommend this apartment to others."

"This is the second year we have stayed at this accommodation which is situated within all the local amenities, close to the beach and also the nightlife so is very suitable for all age groups. The apartment is fully equiped to meet the families need, the double sofa bed within the living area is easy to pull out but there is a slight centre roll and would be less suitable for people with back issues. I would definetly recommend this apartment to others and hope to be back again next year all going well."

"Couldn't fault the property - clean and well looked after. Great location and great pool. Will definitely stop at the property again and have already recommended it to two of our friends. This is the second time we have actually stayed on this complex. Looking forward to staying at this property in the future - couldnt fault it. Water cooler and air conditioning was an added bonus in the 90 degree heat! Thanks to the owners."

"My partner and I stayed at Ali's apartment G3 for 2 weeks in May/June 2009. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was really spacious and well looked after. The complex itself was wonderful and we loved the pool area which was peaceful, relaxing and in really beautiful surroundings. Ideally situated. We also met the owners Alistair and Linda who came out to stay in apartment F1 whilst we were there and they were really lovely people, it was a real pleasure to meet them. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Aiya Napa. P.S. You have to go to Hakkaido, the Japanese restaurant across the road, well worth going to Ayia Napa just for that. (Try the smoked chicken rolls) :)"

"Property was excellent everything we needed was there, only a short walk to our friends' bar. Do have one negative the British workers tend to use the complex as a meeting place with up to 20 of them being loud and every other word was a swear word. We can’t understand why this is allowed as they're not spending any money at the cafe and drove away paying guests."

Ali replies: Thank you for your review. We are obviously disappointed to learn that the behaviour of others detracted from the enjoyment of your stay. We have been in contact with the complex’s management and have been assured that steps have been taken to resolve this issue.

"I cant possibly think of anything else to add to this already well reviewed holiday property, but here goes. The apartment was all we hoped for and more! We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything. There were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation. The tropical gardens are magnificent and the pool was very clean. Communication from Ali prior to our departure was very good and the directions from the airport to the apartment were spot on.
In summary - a five star experience."

" We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartment was excellent. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. The facilities within the complex were also good... lovely pool. The cafeteria served good food... and their waffles are to die for! The immediate area around the complex was relatively quiet but only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to "the Square" if you want more action!"

"The apartment was lovely and so was the complex. Both were very well located . Inside the apartment all the appliances had been intelligently anticipated to the needs of the user, were obviously new, in safe working order and clean. I thought the pictures on the website matched what the apartment was really like, but more probably in reality, we thought that the apartment was much nicer than the pictures. The apartment represented very good value for money and is a place where I want to return to. Although the taxi firm was expensive, it represented a totally reliable, efficient and courteous service which counts for a great deal when commuting back and forth from airports."

"As this was our first time booking an apartment on-line I was a bit worried but the booking was easy and we were very pleased with the apartment and the complex. The complex is quiet and peaceful but would be different in high season. The restaurant onsite is excellent. "Been going to Ayia Napa now for the last 13 years. While we were there last year we found this complex and we must say this was a fantastic place to stay, very relaxing surroundings, very nice friendly staff at the La Casa restaurant. The apartment itself was very comfortable with everything you need on hand. Cleanliness was superb and we will certainly be staying again and would highly recommend it to anyone else. "The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and is situated in beautiful surroundings. Judging by the "extras" in the apartment it is clear the apartment is the owner's holiday home and not just a source of rental income. There are lots of friendly bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk but each evening we ended up in the complex's cafeteria for one of their "to die for" deserts. The information provided prior to our arrival, including directions from the airport, was both comprehensive and accurate. This was such an enjoyable and relaxing holiday that we are now looking to book again for next year. I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends."

"The apartment and surrounding facilities were exactly as we imagined them to be from the description on the website. We found the apartment to be very clean, well furnished and equipped. The pool and surrounding gardens were fantastic. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, competitively priced and served by very friendly staff. Quiet relaxing location yet less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ayia Napa and the beach. In summary, a great apartment in fantastic surroundings. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to book with you again soon. Thanks for a great holiday."

"Having stayed at this complex before we knew what to expect. The apartment was excellent and offered us everything we needed, especially with having a 5 month old baby. "The apartment does not meet the stanadard of the beautiful grounds in which it is situated. The main dissapoinment being that this apartment requires a good clean and redecorated. The funiture also looked well used and old and new furniture would make a big improvement."

Ali replies: We are very disappointed to learn that the apartment did not meet with your expectations. We do however take comfort from the fact that your comments on the cleanliness, furnishings and décor are inconsistent with those of 27 other guests who have submitted reviews about our Ayia Napa apartments to Rental Systems. Just for the record, the furnishings (which were new), like the rest of the complex, have just completed their second year. The apartments are cleaned shortly after the departure of each guest and a “deep” clean together with any required redecoration is carried out on a biannual basis. We do however respect your comments and wish you well for the future.

"Having stayed in Ayia Napa only a few months ago I was apprehensive of what we should expect for the money we had paid. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The complex is absolutely brilliant and the apartment is just what you need. The outside area to the apartment is lovely and many a night was spent out there with a drink or two!! Having an outside electrical point also meant we could listen to our music without the fear of annoying the neighbours - they are far enough away so as not to be intrusive or annoyed by our noise. The food and drink in the on site restaurant and bar is excellent value for money and the guy who runs the complex is an absolute charmer. I remember passing this complex on my previous visit to Ayia Napa and thought it looked too expensive to eat in - how wrong I was. I will be recommending Ali's Apartment to anyone who is thinking about visiting Cyprus. What more could you want - the weather was amazing, everyone we met within the complex was lovely and I only spent £300 all week!!"

"The property was clean and tidy and had everything that was advertised. It was close to the pool area, which enabled quick and easy access to the pool or alternatively to use the pool and sun loungers at the apartment. The apartment was ideally placed to access all the pubs and clubs as well as the beach which is about ten minutes walk away. I will be rebooking to return to this apartment next year."

"This apartment is excellent for holidays in Cyprus. It is in a perfect location - close enough to walk to the Square (the club scene) but far enough away to not hear the noise. The apartment is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you could need. The complex itself is really nice, with a great swimming pool and bar and fantastic tropical gardens. Highly recommended."

The property was very well maintained and furnished to a good standard the pool area and gardens were a delight, but the relaxation was sometimes spoilt by outsiders using this space! The location of the complex was very convenient, being close to shops restaurants supermarkets etc. The hub of the nightlife was a sort walk away so no noisy nights!"

"Apartment was clean well equipped, ideally situated for all amenities but also a quiet location, however the pool bar and snack bar were closed. Tony’s Taverna recommended by the owner is probably the most unfriendly restaurant i have ever visited. I would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to friends and family having stolen one or two of your cards already to pass on. When we decide to go to Ayia Napa again we shall definitely get in touch.”

"My sister and I had a really fantastic time. The apartment provided everything we could want. It is great to be able to chill out by the complex pool and both pool and pool area are well maintained. Nice that the apartment is in a quiet location and then having a few minutes walk to the livelier area where the bars and restaurants are - lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. "The apartment was just as described, a good size and very clean. The good quality furniture and kitchen equipment made it a home from home. The grounds are lovely, well-maintained and spacious, with lots of grassy areas, sun-loungers, trees and plants. The location is quiet and peaceful, but just yards from the pedestrian walkway into Ayia Napa. The beach (only a short walk away) was perfect. Good communication from the owner prior to arrival. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the appliances in good working order. It was great to have the television and Playstation as my son and grandson enjoyed watching and playing the games at night. Having the taxi service to take us to and from the airport was great, not having the stress finding the apartments. James was most helpful when we arrived showing us where the key was and reassuring us of who to contact if we needed anything (a big thanks to James). I would recommend your apartment to all of my family and friends. I can’t think of anything that you could do to improve in the service from all the correspondence through email reassuring me that everything had been taken care of on our arrival to Cyprus this definitely enabled us to have a stress free holiday. Keep up the good work as it definitely made our holiday much more enjoyable. Thanks once again and I hope to come back for another visit in the near future this time with my husband."
